Microsoft 365 Power Apps – Dataverse allows you to securely store and manage data used by business applications. Data within the Dataverse is stored within a set of tables. A
Is the arrangement of rows (formerly called records) and columns (formerly called fields/attributes). Each column in the table is designed to store some type of information, for example, name, age, salary, etc. Dataverse includes a standard database of tables that cover common scenarios, but you can create custom tables specific to your organization and populate them with data using Power Query. App developers can then use Power Apps to build rich applications that use this data.

Databases and custom databases within Dataverse provide a secure, cloud-based storage option for your data. Tables allow the business-specific definition of resources that are created for use within applications. If you are not sure if tables are the best choice, consider these benefits;
Microsoft Power Platform Development
Responding to customer feedback and data from user research, effective November 2020 we are updating some terms in Dataverse to make it more intuitive and make its use more efficient. The terms of the update are listed below, and we are in the process of developing them through the Microsoft Power Platform.
These terms do not apply to any APIs or messages on Dataverse web services. For example, the names of the CreateEntityRequest and CreateAttributeRequest messages will not change.
Dynamics 365 tools—such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, or Dynamics 365 Talent—also use Dataverse to store and validate the data they use. This enables you to build applications using the power of Apps and Dataverse directly with your core business data, which is already within Dynamics 365, without the need for integration.
Building an app that often includes data from more than one source. Although this can sometimes be done at the application level, there are cases in which this data can be combined in a common set to make it easier to build an activity and put a reasonable and work on the data. Dataverse allows data from multiple sources to be integrated into a single cell, which can then be used in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents with existing data from the Journal 365 application.

For more information about integrating data in Dataverse, see Adding data to a table in Dataverse using Power Query.
When you install the app, you can use standard measurements, custom charts, or both. Dataverse provides a unique measurement table. These are organized according to best practices, common concepts and adoption conditions within the organization.
You can extend the functionality of organizational tables by creating one or more tables to store information unique to your organization. More information: How to create a custom table
Tables within Dataverse can use rich logic servers and validations to ensure data quality and reduce code duplication in each app that creates and uses the data within the table.

Dataverse has a rich security model to protect the integrity and privacy of users’ data while promoting efficient data access and connectivity. You can define business categories, category-based security, security gaps, and security columns to define a higher level of access to user information in a dynamic-roster environment. In addition to the features available through the Power Apps portal, Dataverse includes features for developers to access metadata and data to create tables and business concepts, in addition to corresponding data. More information: Dataverse Developer Overview
With Microsoft Power Apps standard data model, Microsoft has collected and stored custom table and column names in our analysis systems. We use this information to improve the data model we share with our customers. The names of tables and columns help app developers to understand common features in the Microsoft Power Apps environment and to identify gaps in the work table, such as organizational charts. The data contained in the databases associated with these tables are not available or used by Microsoft or replicated outside of the region where the database is hosted. It should be noted, however, that the custom table and column names can be repeated in all areas and deleted depending on our storage settings. Microsoft is committed to your privacy as in our Trust Center PowerApps Office 365 is software or a combination of tools, services, connected apps, and data tables that allow you to design and create apps customized for your business needs. The Edge Of Microsoft Powerapps
One of the most difficult parts of creating an app for your company is connecting and integrating all the data. You can use simple drag and drop tools to create your own custom app, but data integration requires a lot of technical work. Thanks to the many integrations available in PowerApps, you can easily integrate your embedded data with the newly built app. PowerApps also offers a line and drop and drag model to add data more efficiently.
Another benefit is the cost of PowerApps. Pricing for PowerApps starts at $10 per month for two apps or $40 for unlimited apps. Having a job
