These terms do not apply to any APIs or messages on Dataverse web services. For example, the names of the CreateEntityRequest and CreateAttributeRequest messages will not change.

With Microsoft Power Apps standard data model, Microsoft has collected and stored custom table and column names in our analysis systems. We use this information to improve the data model we share with our customers. The names of tables and columns help app developers to understand common features in the Microsoft Power Apps environment and to identify gaps in the work table, such as organizational charts. The data contained in the databases associated with these tables are not available or used by Microsoft or replicated outside of the region where the database is hosted. It should be noted, however, that the custom table and column names can be repeated in all areas and deleted depending on our storage settings.
