We’re committed to providing the best business capabilities and security with the ease of use and speed you love.
Customers will soon be able to categorize and label Outlook mobile emails to ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with your company’s policies. We are introducing native tagging in Outlook for iOS and Android to enforce a common set of App 365 security policies and actions. For example, administrators can specify specific sensitivity tags, such as “General” or “Company Confidential,” and associated actions, such as adding a footer to an email or encrypting an email. As a user, you can add a “Trade Secret” label to an email so that it can only be opened by recipients who have permission to decrypt the message. Your administrator can also set a policy that allows you to change the alert email label if necessary, but you will need permission to do so for tracking and compliance purposes. Our goal is to roll out this feature to Outlook mobile business customers by the end of the year, initially as a preview.
